The first research site (PubU) was a large, public,research-focused university in the Mid-Atlantic United States (PubU). The second research site(PriU) was a small, private not-for-profit, teaching-focused university in the Midwestern UnitedStates. The student population at PriU was less than 5000 (approximated at the time of theinterview), while that for PubU was larger at approximately 35,000.
