AB  - This paper highlights findings from a study that compiled data from a three-pronged survey investigating students’ perceptions after using peer-to-peer (P2P) evaluations. The surveys were designed with a mixture of quantitative and qualitative questions to capture students’ opinions and experiences after they completed an assessment. Our findings showcase that the P2P evaluations effectively improved team dynamics and performance in functioning teams but fell short when addressing the dysfunctional teams with social loafing issues. In addition, students preferred anonymity, which is a challenge to implement in small project-based groups or teams.
