If you don’t identify as HUG, we kindly ask you to quietly observe, refrain from asking questions, and not take up space during the event.” • Implementing an online anonymous comment tool: From the experiences of the first two panel events, we found that HUG students favored asking questions and providing feedback anonymously instead of raising their hands in front of audiences. Thus, we included the interactive Q&A online tool, allowing attendees to ask questions anonymously. • Discuss HUG students’ challenges in pursuing a research career
