It doesnot matter if the team operates within a matrix or vertical organization [1] or a Functional/ProjectOriented organization [2], the team members are dedicated in a substantive way to meet thecontract Objectives and Scope.In an academic setting, tenurable faculty have multiple charges. These are illustrated as a typicalexample below in Table 1 for a research active university [e.g. 3].
