When asked what specific skills were important as a follow up question,the respondents highlighted that the most important skills could be identified as timemanagement, work ethic, mathematical skills, business and accounting skills, team work, peopleskills and communication skills.It was interesting to observe that the management level industry professionals credited theimportance of the above STEM success necessities and skills to the interaction that is requiredeither directly or indirectly with the customer / end consumer.
