, recommendingthe departmental tactics, etc. Although originally perceived by the learners as a unique challenge, this approach effectively promoted interpersonal interactions and communications, to facilitateeffective project-related decisions. “To be honest, I thought that the beginning of the class was very hard; being told that we have this huge project to complete as a team is a huge burden, and I for one wasn’t sure how to handle it. I thought that there wasn’t a lot of direction. Looking back now, I believe that the freedom in how we did the project allowed to the team to truly grow” (a quote from a reflection journal 401107) 2) Students were asked to work in

When the resources required to conduct various organizationalfunctions are finite, one can imagine how difficult it would be to negotiate priorities whenorganizational actors or units have a hard time seeing the value of organizational aspects otherthan the ones they are advocating for. The tendency to reduce the complexity of organizationallife into what is explained only by one or few of the organizational aspects, cannot but result in a‘paradox’ - the organizational elements are logical when considered independently, but seemcontradictory when juxtaposed [2]. other. This is reality. This knowledge gained in this project pretty much stays within this project and does not help in away to predict the next similar project except providing clues and interest in similar tasks. This iswhere AI will make a difference as described in the next section.AI’s Approach for Time Estimation PredictionThe data for this project from Table 1 will be entered in the AI database as a flat-file – alltasks(te) and the project (Te) total actual units of time. For AI large amount of such project, datais key for analysis and more accurate output. For this research as noted in earlier sections, a largeAI database with similar data was created with over six hundred projects to reflect real-worlddata for this research and was

to temporarily shiftfrom classroom to virtual participation for one or more weeks due to illness, a need toquarantine/isolate, or other health-related reasons. In these cases, classroom students were addedto a virtual team temporarily, then returned to the physical classroom when able. The logistics ofmanaging shifting participation was somewhat complicated, but students overwhelminglyappreciated the option to elect their participation preference, as reflected in end of semesterevaluations and comments. One instructor observed a notable increase in quantitative evaluation of teaching effectivenesswith this course, as measured by end of semester surveys administered by the university.Though there is no data for past semesters (this was the
