These selected courses began to merge the “soft-skill” courses(organizational and leadership titles) with those “hard-skill” courses of problems solving,statistics, and productive maintenance. The inclusion of statistics and Englishcomposition at this time, were made because by now, the participating employees feltcomfortable in the educational environment, knew a bit more about what to expect from acollege level course, had experienced success, and were
