Much research has focused on pre‐transfer and the first semester post‐transfer, but in this session we will think about students’ experiences beyond that initial semester. We will be drawing on a set of interviews with transfer students who participated in an NSF‐funded S‐STEM program.The project is a collaboration between Virginia Tech
