Systems Engineering. The major topicsconsist of the principles of energy conversion, ship stability and operability, and theory ofweapons systems, respectively.The courses are taught by officers with at least a Masters degree in Electrical Engineeringand civilians with PhDs in Electrical Engineering. A civilian and an officer are co-coordinators of the course.
