He was employed at Vector Research Incorporated and Bell Laboratories previously. Jeff has strong interests in increasing the retention rate of engineering students, improving the classroom experiences, increasing student learning, and increasing the diversity of the engineering student population. Jeff received his Ph.D. from the Michigan, in IOE 1984, and the M. ENGR.and BS from Cornell in ORIE in 1980 and 1979
