The sketch also alludes todeeper issues relative to male-female gender dynamics, poor communication and follow-through,and frustration about unsatisfactory group dynamics.After Off-Course ends, the facilitator discusses the performance with the audience using a varietyof interactive learning strategies: pair sharing, large group discussion, and Q&A between thesketch characters and the audience. That is, the characters from the sketch remain on the stageand the students in the audience interact directly with them (as they remain in character) byasking questions
