to the science, technology, engineering, andmathematics (STEM) disciplines continue for women in higher education.This study explores the entrepreneurial mindset development that is associated withprofessional identity formation (Clarke, Hyde, Drennan, 2013; Park & Schallert, 2020). 4Studies of women of color have mostly focused on students. Additionally, the studies have engagedthe work from other frames that did not include an entrepreneurial mindset. The entrepreneurialmindset looks at the engagement of work from a model of success.
