The first opportunity to use thevideos was in a ‘Production Technology’ (MET345) course in the fall of 2009. The videos wereincluded into the existing curricula.During MET345 Production Technology (5), the foundry is used to cast metal propellers for toyaircraft. About 500 toys are made each year for the holidays. Each toy is made of donated woodand metal foundry parts.
