When reflection andthe articulation of future actions follow feedback from peers and enrolled students, undergraduateeducators gain an enhanced understanding of their strengths and challenges and greater ownership andmotivation to improve their educational practices. In summary, we show that feedback, reflection, andgoal setting can guide undergraduate leaders to inclusive, student-centered practices

, and other professionals, who are hired for being the best at what they doand (sometimes) because they are women, should not be further hurt and made to feelunderestimated and doubtful of their own abilities because of suggestions that they have it easieror that they only received a job because they are a woman.Future work on this research line includes the deployment of a more complex survey includingestablished instruments that can measure the psychological impact of these experiences onwomen faculty, as well as the expansion of the data collection process to a larger number ofuniversities.
