hours per week for three months on this program. Most of thistime was dedicated to asynchronous, independent interaction with the online module contentand developing their teaching products. The instructional coach led the 80 minute weeklysynchronous CoP for each module. The instructional coach also visited the GTAs in theirteaching environments where possible and used this experience to contextualize the weeklyCoP module meetings. The GTAs had the opportunity to discuss their questions, observations,and experiences from the modules and their teaching or laboratory practices, relating them tothe module topics during the CoP meetings.
