6 to 7 weeks of the course focused on student self-assessment: Covey’s 7-Habits, Myers-Briggs,time management, personal goal setting, resumes and dress for success. The course text changed fromCovey’s 7-Habits of Highly Effective People to Rath’s StrengthQuest in 2010 in collaboration with uni-versity leadership studies program.
