The RSU could potentially facilitatecommunication between civilians, emergency units, traffic controllers, and even street lights (Drawil 2010and Kumar 2015).The VANET classifies collision avoidance solutions based on a number of varying parameters. Theseparameters may include routing data, collision algorithms, network structures, etc. (Fei 2009). All of thisdata is combined in some type of complex algorithm.
