He has received several awards including an Engineers Australia Engineering Excel- lence Award (Education and Training), the UTS Medal for Teaching and Research Integration and both the Australasian Association of Engineering Education (AaeE) Teaching Excellence and Research Design Awards. Keith has been a visiting scholar at universities in Australia, Europe, North America and Asia.
