They were the ideal SI Leader candidates to facilitate the SI sessions and once theywere recruited, the plan was finalized and ready for implementation in the spring of 2009.The SI SectionThe curriculum for the SI version of College Algebra & Trigonometry was identical to thetraditional sections of the course. A sample of the course syllabus is provided in the appendix.The only difference between the SI section and the traditional sections was the additional two-hour Friday SI session to be held at the same hours as the Monday and Wednesday sessions andin the same classroom as on Monday and Wednesday.
