over 20 industry partners who provide a core group of students,referred to as candidates and typically engineers early in their careers, vetted by company-specific talent review processes to participate. The diversity of companies, engineeringdisciplines and experience represented by the members of this cohort add cross-cultural richness,facilitating opportunities for peer learning.
