The third step is also referred to as the idea finding stage in the Osborn andParnes model. The fourth step involves evaluating ideas. Evaluating ideas generallyoccurs based on several factors such as cost; time required, usefulness, practicality, socialacceptance, and other considerations (Torrance and Safter, 1999). Osborn (1963) referredto the fourth step as the solution finding stage. The last step in Osborn and Parnescreative problem solving process is translating ideas into problem solutions
