when necessary. Startedwith virtually no funding, laboratory space with 20% utilization was made available to studentsto study in during the unused 80% of the schedule. The program was initiated in the Fall 2011term. The academic performance of a targeted set of at risk students was observed during thesemester.The motivation for this program and its objectives are discussed.
