Onoccasion, clickers were employed to assess the understanding of concepts and create anenvironment to engage students and provide immediate feedback to both students andinstructors. Students worked problems in teams and each team submitted responses using aclicker. On other occasions, students were asked to take a position for or against ethically-oriented challenges confronted during benefit cost analyses and debate the issues. This activitynot only assisted the sensing and global learners by providing relevancy of the course material toreal-life issues, but also engaged students actively in thinking, analyzing, and
