Design-driven and a Science-driven teaching approach22 MethodologySyllabus Comparison Globally, University curricula of Materials Science and Engineering vary considerably. Studyprogrammes range from pure Materials Science, deeply focused on the microstructuralunderstanding of properties, to industrial applications with only the basics.
