These competencies include, but not limited to, engineering entrepreneurship andengineering enterprise management, ethical and professional considerations in engineeringpractice and decision making, critical thinking skills and engineering problem solving creativity, intercultural awareness in managing multinational and multi-background engineering teams aswell as sustainability and environmental awareness. These competencies correspond to a numberof ABET outcomes including to analyze social context in historical and contemporary settings;to communicate effectively in writing and visual presentation; to engage effectively in

the individual learning outcome as possible. As previously mentioned, pre andpost questionnaires were used in previous iterations of this study. Additionally the newquestionnaires have been categorized into four categories: A. Communication, B.Teamwork, C. Ethics and Professionalism, and D. Leadership. These four new categorieswere selected as each category represents a desirable and employable work attribute. Thequestionnaire used a 5-point Likert scale in which 5 was ‘Strongly Agree’ and 1 was‘Strongly Disagree. The pre and post questionnaire questions can be found in the resultssection in Table 1 with a bar chart comparison of the results shown in Figure 2.3.2 Documentary/Instructional Videos with Post Questionnaire A video

delivery system thatemphasizes efficient materials handling to eliminate waste on construction projects. The top five other, not included in the construction BOK are: 1. Written communication (M = 4.72 SD = 0.57) 2. Ethics (M = 4.67 SD = 0.59) 3. Interpersonal skills (M = 4.61 SD = 0.70) 4. Verbal communication (M = 4.61 SD = 0.61) 5. Leadership (M = 4.56 SD = 0.62)Of the top five, none are explicitly BIM specific skills. Rather, they are skills related to being aconstruction manager in five years using BIM. Due to the teamwork required of a true BIMproject, ethics, interpersonal abilities, verbal facility and leadership skills will be very important,as recognized by this Delphi panel. A true BIM project places all members of the team on

percentage of anticipated construction costs orby square footage. Few owners appear to place importance of appropriately funding thepreconstruction phase and thus by estimating the design services fee using a percentage ofconstruction costs or by square footage, they inadvertently cap the design effort [4]. To estimatethe number of hours that design professionals can spend on a given project, architects andengineers divide the total preconstruction budget by their hourly rate. If the amount of hours isnot enough to complete the design, design professionals must figure out how to complete thedesign while fulfilling their contractual and ethical obligation to the owner. Without sufficienthours to complete a design due to a tight hourly budget, design
