The Haloeffect describes many of the biases that a professor might bring into a grading session fromgrading previous work [13], [14]. There are other forms of bias that have been reported, whichinclude attachment toward your students, gender, personality, work ethic, and personal bias [11],[14]. One research project focused on investigating 30 professors in the same department thatgraded undergraduate psychology papers.
