the organization, any new structure on campus needs tobe reviewed and approved by the facilities management. The author underestimated thecomplexity of the property management structure and the rigorous review process associatedwith the process. This delay affected the construction schedule, and the project needed to bebuilt elsewhere with site access.Before the construction, the author applied to the Institutional Review Board (IRB), whichfacilitates the ethical conduct of research and oversees research involving human subjects.
