SCMcurriculum [10], and is proven to be very effective and popular across all levels of programsincluding undergraduate, graduate, and executive education [11]. Developed by MIT′s SloanSchool of Management in the 80s, the Beer Game was originally created to teach students systemsconcepts and systems thinking [12]. However, as the content area of SCM continues to expand, sodo the Beer Game learning extensions which now span demonstrating the bullwhip effect, risk-pooling, and technology integration, to name a few [13]. In response, student participants get thechance to actively learn about the benefit of supply chain awareness and communication, theimportance of supply chain collaborative strategic decision making, and the benefit of working asa team to

some are entirely out of our control from an instructional effectivenessstandpoint. Factors considered to be under our control are semester (SEM), lecture (LEC), andsession (SESSION), as these factors relate to the overall performance of the instructor(s) as awhole (assuming the nature of students in the course is consistent from year to year). Factorsthat are partially under our control are TA, experience (TAEXP), and degree (TADEG). While itis not always possible for the faculty to select each TA, some control is possible, and it is alsoattainable to improve the training and mentoring of TAs. Factors considered to be outside ourcontrol include major (MAJ) and lab attendance (LABATT), average lab score (LABSCORE),and homework score (HWSCORE

DescriptionWe designed the VR simulation to mirror the physical simulation of the four-member teamproduction process. The VR simulation was built in the Unity game engine in the 2018 Long TermSupport release. The simulation worked both with the HTC Vive VR headset and the Oculus RiftS headset, the two most popular virtual reality platforms. For this section, we use "user" to referto a student or a participant using the VR simulation. The simulation was designed for thesimultaneous participation of four users, although two to three users would be able to participatewith some adaptation. Each user wore either an HTC Vive headset or an Oculus Rift S headset. The headsets could be mixed. Through the headset, each user was presented with a shared

GST implementation. Change in demand pattern due to market conditions. Situational issues Increase in production capacities Key stake Holders S&S, OBL, Finance, TransportersThe project focused on reorganizing the distribution network for 2 wheelers (motorcycles) givena major change in the tax structure of India. The new tax code presented a potential forsignificant reduction in logistics costs. An example of the pre-project distribution centreconfiguration is provided in Figure 5. Given the scope of the project, improvements made to thenetwork would have substantial business impact, which was realized. A table illustratingestimated financial impact is provided in Table 2. with the students the more standard sensitivityanalysis: change in price of goods, change in price of key raw material(s), change in price ofutilities, change in price of labor. These are the ones sometimes discussed in design textbooks.Ask students if that is all there is to a Financial Operational Model? See what the students answerhere. Get them to understand the sheer power of having the engineering design melded to theeconomics. What does that truly mean? Start to get them to see other types of sensitivities that arenot simply linear changes in slope but can have actual minimum or maximum optimal values.Examples include key design specifications to the product, parameter uncertainty in the modelsfor a piece of equipment such as extent of
