Establish Standard Intellectual Property AgreementsFinally, the authors feel it would be good practice to have a small number of varying IPagreements for the projects. The length and complexity of these agreements should fit withinpredefined categories reflecting the nature of the project for which they are to be used for. Forinstance, a lengthy convoluted legal document should not be used for small student projects, asthis will turn a lot of prospective parties away from participating. These agreements should alsoaddress FERPA as well, in regards to sharing students project work in the future. Someuniversities have developed brief FERPA waiver forms for students projects.ConclusionIn conclusion
