We can foster a digitally secure and resilient societyby delivering this education in a context that resonates with the general public.The goal of the paper's author has long been to provide security literacy to every citizen of theState of Iowa. In doing so, the author produced a book [1], created a website to support securityliteracy [2], developed a course within the university, and has given over a hundred talks acrossthe state. While these efforts were successful, they only reached a small number of people.
