The following sections summarize the most significant aspects.Global skills articulationTo help students translate their global experiences into professional assets, students developedresumes that highlighted these experiences. Students identified three key skills gained abroad,such as flexibility, intercultural communication, or problem-solving, and provided briefexplanations of how these skills were demonstrated during their experiences. This assignmentensured students could effectively showcase their global competencies to potential employerswith supporting examples from their programs. A guest speaker from the career office
