-disciplinary Approach to Project Based LearningMeta-disciplinary or interdisciplinary learning provides a platform for students to gaincollaborative teamwork skills that are transferrable to their professional career. The courseprovided an encouraging environment for students to collaborate and develop common eco-district design vocabulary and protocols. Student teams researched and prepared formal casestudies of exemplar eco-district design projects, and identified best practices used in the designprocess.
