Factors inthe ANOVA included grades in math courses (Calculus I, Calculus II, Calculus III, andDifferential Equations), General Biology, two courses in English composition, and twosophomore-level biomedical engineering courses (Foundations of Biomedical Engineering andBiomedical Systems) as well as grade point average (GPA) entering the junior year and gender.Results of the ANOVA demonstrated that the factors related to the final grade in engineeringphysiology were grades in all four math courses, Foundations of Biomedical Engineering, andGeneral Biology, with p values no greater than 0.008 for any of these factors.Identification of these factors allowed
