These efforts were driven by our graduate students with support from our faculty,and included the establishment of an Anti-Racism, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (ARDEI)Committee, collection of data through a climate survey to gauge the needs of the department’smembers, and creation of efforts to include anti-racism and social justice in the department’scurriculum and research [19].
