The authors stress the importance of data visualization to support decision-making. To add to the complexity, some workers can and will take on more than one role,especially in small and medium-sized organizations.What we have referred to as ‘workforce needs’ may be more correctly characterized as growthpotential, in the sense that most industries are still capturing only a fraction of the potential valuefrom data and analytics [2]. Beyond considerations about
