Mentors can be female faculty, students enrolled in the program, or active construction industry members. - Establish Women in Construction Clubs: These clubs support both the professional and social needs of female construction management students by providing an environment of camaraderie. - Summer Programs for Prospective Female Students: Summer program experiences encourage prospective students to explore the construction management field.Future research will focus on determining whether or not female students had formal or informalmentors who influenced their academic and career
