The main challenges are the coordination of the lectures with regard tocontent and timing, and lecturers’ motivation. Furthermore, project and problem basedlearning demands much more time in terms of supervision than standard lectures. Involvingstudents in industrial projects is not without risks and we have to ensure that such projects arecompleted to the satisfaction of our partners in industry.All departmental staff who teaches engineering
