Further, the survey asked participants to identify what level ofattribution of the gains that they made they associated with program participation.The paper presents the results of this survey. It then continues and provides a discussion of thebenefits of REU program participation for student participants, drawing from the benefit datapresented and analyzed throughout the paper.
