The goal of the twoday STEP Conference is to bring together members of the research and development industryand academia to expose youth to the sciences in a way that is fun and interesting and encouragestudents to pursue Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics careers. Typically about4,000 students, teachers, and parents attend the STEP Conference each year.
