Anecdotally, one of the authors has noticedthat senior students also struggle with literature reviews in capstone design, which is clearly aresearch project, potentially pointing to a weakness in the technical writing curriculum thatshould be addressed.The positive correlation between total number of desired behaviors and final grade seemsobvious at first. Although we have yet not performed formal assessment measuring howmuch students re-use their work in our capstone course, anecdotal evidence suggests that ourjunior and senior Clinic students have increased their skills and familiarity in the selection anduse of sensors, and in acquiring data using PC-based DAQ systems.
