Hiring graduates who have participated in engineering leadership programs mayalso help organizations cut costs associated with sending employees through their company’sinternal leadership development programs. The purpose of this survey was to collect data from various institutions to examine thetypes of programs utilized and highlight innovative practices. This paper will provide insight intovarious types of leadership development programs that
