inBrigham Young University’s College of Engineering and Technology has integrated theleadership curriculum into its individual graduation requirements for seniors graduating in 2014and beyond. Early adopting departments now have several years of experience. Enrollment inthe required sophomore Leadership Foundations course has risen from several dozen students toroughly 1,000 students annually including approximately 20 percent student participation fromoutside the college since it is an approved General Education course.
