pedagogicalapproach utilizing active learning modules for instructors to teach currently demanded projectmanagement core competencies. In order to create the pedagogy, the Kolb Learning Cycle andthe Felder-Soloman Index of Learning Styles are used as foundational theories. The structureand methodology include technical objectives and development of soft skills required foreffective project management. There is always room for improvement in soft skills…from this course, I have learned about corporate culture, personal growth, professional responsibilities, useful project management techniques, and property rights.
