Seaman [1] reports the number of graduatestudents taking distance courses in 2016 was nearly 28% higher than in 2012. Online delivery isattractive for its flexibility of time and space to full-time working professionals who wish to earna graduate education while not pausing their careers [2], [3], [4], [5], [6].Graduate engineering is not an exception in the expanded online space. Management. The course istypically offered in fall and spring semesters with enrollment of approximately 90 students eachsemester. The course exists to introduce the management functions of planning, organizing,motivating, and controlling.
