for implementing this support: A student from a previous year that demonstrates goodacademic performance is available to support the freshman student. This aid basically consists ofa resolution of exercises and concept enforcement.Challenges and needs: The academic performance of students is not the only requisite, as alsostudents with good soft skills are required. It is important that the student support schedule isreadily available when help for the freshman student is needed. The results show that the bestpractice was attained when there was strongly disseminated support among students.Technical StaffCharacteristics: Weekly teaching service - answering questions / performing exercises5.Steps for implementing technical staff support: an

Most of them realize theimportance of the “soft” skills, particularly the skill of how to communicate with people fromdifferent backgrounds. The exposure to a wide variety of design projects, however, has apolarizing effect: some students become interested in other majors while others withdraw andbecome detached.V. ConclusionCapstone design courses provide students with an invaluable

from thecourse, making the class completely active. This will be accomplished through the creation ofvideos covering the day’s technical content that students must watch prior to class. 1.0 Introduction The material covered in an engineering physics sequence includes vital foundational conceptsused throughout a student’s engineering education. Without a strong physics education, engineering students are often destined to struggle in future technical classes. Perhaps even moreimportantly, the engineering physics sequence provides an engineering student with numerous“soft” skills. These courses set the tone for future learning; they teach students problem solvingskills, critical thinking, experimental inquiry, and the importance of
