, quantitative analysis for both face validity and contentvalidity evidence can be evaluated using various metrics. Face validity evidence for theinstrument was evaluated using Item Face Validity Index (IFV-I), Universal Agreement ScaleValidity (S-IFV/UA), and Average Scale Face Validity (S-IFV/Ave) [27]. The IFV-I indicatesthe percentage of raters who assign an item with clarity of 3 or 4. The S-IFV/Ave is calculatedby averaging the IFV-I scores across all items on the scale, or alternatively, the mean clarity andcomprehension ratings from all raters. This model highlighted howentrepreneurs develop a "higher-order" cognitive process in nature to navigate and succeed intheir entrepreneurial pursuits. This study adjusted Haynie et al.’s entrepreneurial metacognitionmodel to build the conceptual model (Figure 1). Transformative learning theory (TLT), developed by Dr. Jack Mezirow in the‬ ‭1970s, explains how adult learners shift perspectives when confronted with challenging‬ ‭experiences‬‭[1,2]‬‭. While TLT guides culturally responsive teaching in international teacher‬ ‭training, it remains underutilized in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) contexts‬ ‭[1]‬‭. thingsengagement with computer-mediated content resources, interactions with peers and teachers, andknowledge representations in the form of student work” (p. 5) Cherner, et. al, (2023)’s study onuse of AI in public speaking courses notes that the immediacy of AI feedback for students isvaluable, but it should not be the sole piece of feedback students received on their presentation.In a study of AI feedback in public speaking, Isotalus, et. al, (2025) found an AI coach providedvaluable feedback but required a faculty member’s support in interpreting that feedback.Study DesignThree different 1st year seminar classrooms were used in this study. The seminars were fromdifferent majors, one of each in communications, computer science, and engineering. A
