Thesesimilarities are more evident among graduate students that share certain backgrounds, and inparticular among members of minority groups. While much research has been devoted to theexperiences of gender and ethnic minorities [1]–[3], the experiences of English as SecondLanguage (ESL) students in graduate school has been poorly explored. There he earned his bachelor degree in engineering physics with a focus in medical physics and finished with honors.
