Representatives from the 15 KEEN schools collaborated duringfall and winter of 2010/11 to develop a set of student learning outcomes that capture what thecohort considered essential elements of the entrepreneurial mindset 5. Kleine and Yoder 17 havepresented an approach on operationalizing and assessing the KEEN entrepreneurial mindset.Israel seems to have come up with an excellent entrepreneurial development system resulting inthe highest number of per capita start-ups.
