instructor is progressively scaling up the course toaccommodate larger numbers of students than what an instructor could handle in traditionaltechnical writing courses. In the fall 2017 semester, the instructor accommodated 50 students intwo sections, and in the spring 2018 semester, the instructor allowed that number to rise 75students across two sections. For the fall 2018 semester, the plan is to accommodate 100 studentsacross two sections. To assist the instructor in the mentoring and grading, the course uses a teamof undergraduate mentors.
