positive impact the program has made on their careers and personal lives. Pictures of actual MSPM students and graduates are incorporated into our advertisements and brochures. This practice has made the programs more relevant to interested employers and potential students. For example, when talking about the program, the faculty can identify the people in the pictures by name and note their position and accomplishments. The Advisory Tool, shown in Figure 1, is used extensively. The program core and elective course options, along with the graduate certificate programs, are placed on a single page.
